SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY:
8 days or more prior to the arrival date – any changes (cancellations, changes of dates, deletion of nights, or downsizing) will result in a booking fee of $25.00 (+ tax) per unit.
7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the amount of one night’s stay.
OFF-SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 hours or more prior to arrival date – any changes (cancellations, changes of dates, deletion of nights, or downsizing) will result in a booking fee of $25.00 (+ tax) per unit.

HOLIDAYS AND EXTENDED STAYS OF 3 NIGHTS OR MORE:
15 days or more prior to arrival cancellations, changes of dates, deletion of nights or downsizing will result in a booking fee of $100 (+ tax) per unit.
14 days or less prior to arrival cancellations will be charged the amount of one night's stay.
If you do not call to cancel, no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This is completely non-refundable.
No Refunds For Early Check-outs.
WEATHER:
If both uncontrollable and unpredictable, therefore, unsatisfactory weather conditions will not result in refunds or be considered justification for cancellations.
PET POLICY:
No Pets Allowed except in our Sunset Village Two Bedroom #18 only.
